New collaborative duo Over 21 (@KMarable703 x @TheOnlyBPalma) team up with Baltimore native Rickie Jacobs (@RickieJacobs) on their second release from their upcoming EP entitled 'The Morning After'. This record, "Hold Me Down," is more on the serious note tackling the subject of being held down by the everyday struggles of life. Each verse is from a different perspective that everybody can relate to.
